Rounding bottom
A rounding bottom is a broad, curved price formation in which a decline gradually slows, stabilises, and turns into a recovery. It is commonly interpreted as a possible longer-term bullish reversal, but identifying the curve is subjective and does not establish that an uptrend will persist.
In a hypothetical market, an extended decline becomes progressively shallower, settles into a base, and then develops into a gradual rise.
