1. Where do I begin to make a deposit?
The process starts the moment you log in to your account. From your main control panel (dashboard), look up and click the “Deposit” button located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. How do I specify the deposit amount?
After clicking the “Deposit” button, you’ll be taken to a new screen. This is where you enter the exact amount you wish to fund your account in the “Amount” field (e.g., $500).
3. What funding methods are available?
The platform offers three main methods for depositing funds:
- Wire Transfer
- Crypto
- Electronic Fund Transfer
4. Where do I find the bank details for a Wire Transfer?
If you select the Wire Transfer option, the banking details won’t appear immediately. They will be displayed on the next screen, after you click the “Deposit” button in the previous step. You will then receive all the necessary information, such as the account number and routing information.

5. What is the most important step after I complete the transfer?
The most crucial step is providing Proof of Payment. After initiating the transfer through your bank’s app or website, you must save a screenshot or a PDF file of the receipt/confirmation. This file must then be uploaded to the broker’s system as proof of the transaction.
6. What happens after I upload the receipt?
After submitting the confirmation, you must wait for verification by the platform team. Once the team confirms that the transfer matches the details, your account balance will be updated, and the deposited amount will appear on your dashboard, signaling that your account is ready for trading.

Open your browser and navigate to the platform’s website, www.zelon.com. On the homepage, click the “Open Live Account” button.
2. What information is required to sign up?
You will be directed to the registration page where you must carefully fill in your personal details. After that, tick the box for the terms and conditions and hit the “Sign Up” button.
3. What is the next step after signing up?
After receiving a confirmation notification, click on “Trader Room” to open your personal dashboard.
II. Account Verification and Type Selection
4. How do I verify my identity?
From your dashboard (Trader Room), you can easily upload your identification document to complete the verification process.
5. Which account type should I choose?
Once verification is done, proceed to choose your preferred account type. Available options include:
- Standard Account
- Raw Spread
- Zero Spread
Click “Proceed” after making your selection.
6. What is the final step before trading?
After selecting your account type, you will be taken directly to your wallet. From here, you must simply fund your account (make a deposit), and you will be all set to start trading

Yes, withdrawals can only be completed using the same method through which your account was originally funded. For example, if you deposited funds via bank wire transfer, your withdrawal must also be processed through bank wire transfer.
5. To which bank account can I withdraw my funds?
Withdrawals are permitted only to the same account number that was used during the funding process.
6. Are third-party withdrawals allowed?
Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited to ensure the security of your funds.

7. How do I fill out the required details (e.g., for Bank Wire)?
After selecting your method (e.g., Wire Transfer) and clicking “next,” scroll down and carefully complete all the required details.
8. Can I save my account details for future withdrawals?
Yes. To avoid re-entering your information for subsequent transactions, you can select the “save as withdrawal account” option, which securely stores your details.
9. What is the final step to submit the request?
Once all required fields have been completed, click on “make withdrawal.” Your funds will then be transferred promptly into your designated bank account
