This policy covers the Xellion website. It is operated by Xellion Ltd. Questions: support@xellion.com.
What we store without asking
The site keeps a few small settings in your browser's local storage. They are needed for the site to work the way you set it, are never sent to us and contain no advertising or tracking identifiers.
| Name | What it remembers |
|---|---|
| xellion-prefs | Your country and language choice |
| xellion-locale, xellion-locale-applied | The language you picked, so pages open in it next time |
| xellion-cookie-consent | Your answer to the cookie banner and when you gave it |
| xellion.promo.dismissed, xellion.visitor.firstSeen | Which promotion banners you closed, so they stay closed |
| xellion-exit-intent | When a promotion pop-up was last shown, so it appears at most once a week |
| xellion-chat-sound | Whether chat notification sounds are on |
Third-party services
| Setting | Provider | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Live market data | TradingView | Live charts, prices, the ticker tape and the economic calendar. On unless you turn it off, except the live gold chart at the top of the homepage, which always loads. TradingView may set its own cookies. |
| Live chat | Chatwoot | The support chat. Off until you open it: our chat window contacts Chatwoot only once you start a chat, then keeps your chat session in local storage so you can continue it. |
Turn off "Live market data" (or choose "Reject all") and the other TradingView widgets no longer load: you see static prices instead. Pressing a "Live chat" button counts as asking for the chat.
What we do not use
This website uses no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no third-party analytics.
Changing your choice
