FAQ

Account questions

Which account should I choose?

Standard has no commission and suits most new traders. Raw Spread and Zero Spread charge a fixed commission per lot in exchange for tighter spreads, which can suit people who trade more often or in larger sizes.

What is the difference between spread and commission?

The spread is the gap between the buy and sell price. A commission is a separate fixed charge per lot traded. Standard prices costs into the spread only; Raw Spread and Zero Spread combine a tighter spread with a commission.

Can I open more than one account type?

Yes. You can hold several accounts in the same client area, for example a Standard account and a Raw Spread account, and fund each one separately.

Is negative balance protection included?

Yes, on every account type. Your losses cannot exceed the money in your account.

Which platforms can I use?

Every account works on MetaTrader 5 (desktop, web and mobile) and on Xellion WebTrader, and you can manage all of them in the Xellion app.

Can I try an account before depositing?

Yes. Open a free demo account to practise with virtual funds on the same platforms before you trade with real money.
