Morning star
A morning star is a three-candle potential bullish reversal pattern following a decline: a long falling candle, a small-bodied candle, and a rising candle closing well into the first body. Classical versions include a gap around the middle candle, though gaps are less common in continuously traded forex markets.
In a hypothetical chart, a long falling candle is followed by a small body below it. A strong rising candle then closes above the midpoint of the first candle’s body.
