TRADING GLOSSARY
Currency conversion
Currency conversion is the exchange of an amount in one currency for an amount in another using an exchange rate. The amount received can also depend on any conversion fees or markup applied to that rate.
EXAMPLE
In a hypothetical conversion, exchanging EUR 100 at USD 1.10 per euro produces USD 110 before any fees.
