TRADING GLOSSARY
Inactivity fee
An inactivity fee is a charge some providers apply when an account has no qualifying activity for a specified period. Whether it applies, what counts as activity and the amount charged depend on the provider's account terms.
EXAMPLE
Under hypothetical account terms, a USD 5 inactivity charge reduces a USD 100 balance to USD 95, assuming no other account movements.
