TRADING GLOSSARY
Harami
A harami is a two-candle pattern in which a small second real body sits within the previous candle’s larger real body. After a rise or decline, it can indicate hesitation or a possible reversal, but the pattern alone does not determine the next price direction.
EXAMPLE
In a hypothetical chart, a falling candle opens at 110 and closes at 100. The next opens at 103 and closes at 106, keeping its body inside the first.
