TRADING GLOSSARY
Contract size
Contract size is the amount of the underlying asset in one lot. It decides how much a price move is worth per lot.
EXAMPLE
Gold (XAUUSD) has a contract size of 100 troy ounces, so a $1 move changes one lot's value by $100.
